putting it lvl5 on wild with the move teleport would do cuz if u put it on wild with 90+ level that would be easy hunting for people with max repels and ofcourse it should have super low encounter rate ....

Even if anyone had Mewtwo, it'll be banned from official battles so it's only useful for battling people who are fine with it. Also, everybody having Mewtwo would ruin it's uniqueness.

You don't decrease base stats on anything, legendary or not.

 

Also, if Mewtwo had Lum, it would it the Twave up and ohko it back with Psychic. Even then, Electrode is near useless in OU outside of that and suicide Rain Dance.

[spoiler] Are you serious? Why would anyone even do that, decrease the stats from the original? That's absurd. Yes, Electrode is fast, but it can't deal as much damage as Mewtwo does. It's like a sword versus a toothpick, Mewtwo's the sword while Electrode's the toothpick, you get the difference. Also, nobody wants to run an Electrode on their team just to deal with Mewtwo.[/spoiler]

Yeah, I don't understand why they just don't nerf mewtwo, and make him match up to regulars. And this current system they have in place could be used to test the nerfed mewtwo's abilities.

If he's overpowered (and he probably is) then they would obviously ban him from tournies so I don't see the issue with that.

Mewtwo isn't really much of a threat if you have an umbreon/houndoom or a T-tar. Even a double team blissy with calm mind will easily take it out, plus the fact that it has SHADOW BALL which is PHYSICAL in this gen eliminates a huge threat factor from it. In my experience, he's kind of underwhelming and doesn't provide a real "king of the hill" experience like you would think he would. That's what mewtwo is basically, a big game of king of the hill.

It changes one was mild  16/26/26-27 (yeah probably 26)/26/26/26

Yup keeps changing, when I was on it was Mild nature.
