Random berry people scatterd across the regions

In the real games there is between 1-5 people that will daily give you a free berry. Some gives more rare then others, but still totally random. Id like this to happen in PokeMMO because if you just new to the endgame, it might be hard starting off, and a few random berries that can be harvested for seeds, so they can start their planting as soon and as free as possible. I dont feel like starting the berry buisness should one more thing you should have a certain amount of mouney to have before you can start, like competetive does.

I honestly dont see the downside of this, as i see its a really simple thing to implement.
