Toragos
Hi everyone, Im glad that we finally got the new region unlocked, with new mons and all. Today I went to catch snorlax and corsola, I was expecting the usual that snorlax would be hard, but with some weaknesses and sleep it would be caught, nope threw 10 great balls at him and 18 pokeballs, before snorlax decided to suicide. Corsola on the other hand nothing special, I threw 4 great balls and it had 2% health, I then proceeded with normal balls which took me to 7 pokeballs. I just want to know if anyone have noticed the change with the new update, it seems like that the catch rate have changed drastically. thanks in advance Edited November 15, 2017 by Toragos :D Link to comment

Atm Im in kanto and before the update I didn't have to use that many balls, I just needed to weaken the pokemon, even Corsola was easy to catch before the update. If you call that normal to use that many balls, you must be optimistic. Link to comment
axx
Could be, I use regular pokeballs all of the time. Thus spending 10+ of them looks normal to me. Link to comment
Darkshade
We've not touched catch rate at all. Link to comment
milluki
I had the same impression when I used ultra ball for some shitty story line pokemon and none got caught plus a good percentage of failed pokeballs. I can't tell for sure since the number is very low(3 ultra balls) and I'm not very familiar with the catch rates of gen 5 but since you mentioned it... Link to comment
