Ways to reduce non-English chat in English chat

1. Give an option for the language use for people who just downloaded the client.

2. Add a filter to move people who use too much non-English characters in the English chat.

 

I hope this gets resolved because the chat is 50% Chinese spam and 50% Complains about Chinese spam lately. This is enough for someone to quit the game knowing that the chat is not really active.

that would leave the issue of making the ad in their language wich we cannot know since they aren't even setting it properly and making the message show up in all language would just be a clusterfuck

they take more work in creating new vanitys, I do not think a message will cost them so much if they put effort

well darkshade pretty much do the vanity alone and i doubt they would let him touch much of the coding

Alright I think this suggestion has run it's course as I stated before we will not be implementing any more automation to the system at this point and if there are players speaking in language channels they shouldn't be they should be reported using the ingame feature. If you feel as though your reports are not being answered you can take that up with a high level staff member such as Rache or Bear. But understand we will not be answering those requests immediately such requests could take anywhere from minutes to a couple of hours to respond to depending on the staff active at that time and the duties they are currently performing in the game.
