I know its really good vs physical attacks, but aren't people worried about getting trapped by magnezone? Do they just hope the opponent doesn't have one or what is the strategy?

In a team previewless metagame, playing Ferrothorn without Shed Shell is super annoying because you always have that fear in the back of your head that the Magnezone is coming. Iron Barbs already does the most of the work in that regard and can be amazing item to remove max HP from potential Focus Sash Pokemon.
