I'll go over the rules that people are having questions about one more time, so everyone is aware.

1. A "starter" can be any evolution.

2. Held items are allowed as long as they DO NOT restore health.

3. Status healing is allowed up to a maximum of 3 times. Status healing only removes status effects (poison, burns, etc) and does not add health.

Rest is banned because it restores health without doing damage to the opponent.
