Yes i agree, a shared box would make life easier. It's very time consuming mailing cosmetics, mons etc to different characters. I support this 100%

There is an app on the Google play store called "Floating Counter" it can be used for keeping track of encounters. It is very easy to use. When you first install the app and open it should look something like this (the first uploaded image) you can customize each card by holding it for a few seconds to highlight it and selecting the pencil icon at the top of the screen (refer to image 2) from there it is pretty straight forward for editing. After you are done customizing press the save icon. You have to press the circle icon under the Plus icon (refer to image 4) doing this displays the counter, (refer to image 5) you can tap it to increase the number. If you want to get rid of the counter, you can just drag it to the bottom of your screen, there should be an X. Say for instance you tap it too much times, easy fix just press and hold the counter and click the minus sign. The arrow with erase all the encounters.
