I'm not sure if it has been suggested before, but I'd like to suggest vanities which are more than just props. It would be great if they can be used in the game world. Take for instance shadow bone club it can be used as flash to light up dark caves or battle axes that can be used as cut or staffs that can be used to teleport/defog. If such functionality can atleast be added to rare or ultra rare vanities then I feel it would add another dimension to vanity market.

It would be great if pokemon could get access to a vanity slot but only one slot if that makes sense. So in these examples I made, swinub and pikachu could wear certain hats, lucario could hold the bone clubs or other hand vanities, and bisharp could wear a cape or scarf. They dont need to be able to wear all the vanities of that slot (so pikachu cant wear all hats only some) and these items would be equipped through a held item as loads of people have pokemon where compness isnt important and they just use them for hms or to fight low-level pokemon or as a follower. These vanities would only be viewable in the overworld, as it would take forever to implement this for their battle sprites lol. This feature could only apply to the top 100 pokemon or something as basically no one cares if skiploom can't wear a hat (maybe a poll or the most common follower pokemon?).

This has probably been suggested before, but there are a lot of custom NPC sprites with outfits/hairstyles that are designed wonderfully. I think it would be nice to implement these as cosmetic options for the players.  As a side note, I would personally LOVE if the calm eyes looked more like the calm eyes of the shrine maiden NPC, they look much more polished and the blush is a nice touch!

This kind of sash around the waist. I think a belt slot is definitely something that could be included with tons of new vanities for it! It may be hard to interact with the back slot sometimes, I believe most tails would be able to go into the belt slot too for more diverse character design. Ty ^^

Idk if this is how you imagined it , but my idea behind the flames was that it would look like a Jester's hair , or are those clowns? yeah , i'm not good with designs hahah

I don't know if someone suggested it before but It would be nice to have a pokeball belt as a back vanity.

I love these two Pokemons and always wanted them to add some vanities related to them. I thought "if the game won't add them, then I'll make some".

Yesterday I changed my character's hair with a makeover kit, now I'm wearing a ponytail and I've noticed that with the hats most of the hair is hidden (and it looks like a boy's cut) so based on real life I made this little suggestion, too I think they should add women's cuts to the store!!!!!!

Hello, Good morning everyone, today I bring an update to the cosmetic that I had done a long time ago, about Red and Ash's hairstyle, it would be great if they implemented it, since it brings a little more personality to the game, because most of the hairstyles, when you wear them, when you put on a cap, it's totally devoid of character, and it's the same style no matter what hairstyle it is, so I wanted to do this so that there are more styling options, and add something more interesting to wear, highlights the bangs and even if you wear a cap, since other hairstyles are overshadowed by wearing a cap, I hope you like this and can add it at some point, if you want you can leave me in the comments if you need any more editing, or if it is necessary correct something in the cosmetic, you can leave me your suggestions. thank you for your time!.

IDK if there are legal concerns with this clearly being a modification of the B&W Dancer trainer class, but I started here because I think it's really a shame that there aren't more available hairstyles that pass as irl non-straight hair textures.
