  1. The only thing that has increased is limited items and I honestly think it’s based on fear more than anything. The amount of skulls that are out there are insane. As soon as someone posted 3 orange two weekends ago people were begging to sell them for 25 and then they went back to where they are now. But it amazes me at how quickly that market can crash in an instant. And their are a few players that can do it immediately.
  2. You can legit make 300k in 2 hours max from gym runs. And then spend your time playing competitive and farming bp to sell the appropriate items.
  3. I think it was along the lines of it being pushed out a month after update on items etc. I could be wrong on it.
  4. The only thing that holds Heracross back is priority move. It easily revenge killed and can be stalled out without recovery options. C rank I agree is a little to low but idk if it’s higher than B or B-. late game it’s devistating and opening up it can punch holes in a defensive core. But that’s about it.

  7. Salamence is a great revenge killer for Conkeldurr unless it’s still full hp. Either way Draco does a lot to it and I’m sure dnite can accomplish the same thing. And it puts pressure back on the other team. Knowing that this is coming. Conk still is just a huge pain to play around though. Especially if it gets in early from what I have seen and it just starts punching holes in your team. By then the match is usually over because of the damage taken. If it’s late game however and you still have a faster spec attacker that’s not weak to fighting you can usually take care of it pretty easily with setting up on it or just removing it.
  8. I am pretty sure the reason this thread was even made was because it is a problem and everyone knows it. How is drain punch even an issue when you have reunclus running everywhere? And the same thing with Mach punch? What does stopping its stab moves actually warrant that to be a better option than banning the coverage moves? and because everyone runs flame orb conk, sheer power conk isn’t an equal problem? thats why I said about the elemental punches because that’s what stops some of its potential checks and counters. But yeah never in one way was I trying to be hostile and You act like I’m the only one suggesting a complex ban when someone else just did before me. But sorry for suggestions. and like I said earlier, the reason why this thread is still open is because it’s an issue. The only thing that is decently good at stopping at is config and reun.
  9. So basically you want a clear quick answer? With legends and ha around the corner why not try to get through this with complex bans before just instant banning things, especially when you guys let hydregion slip. The only thing that seems to powerful are conks coverage moves as of right now. And that is one thing everyone can probably agree on. Get rid of the elemental punches on it and you have a quick answer that could solve the issue and still keep Conkeldurrs presence in ou. there is no real safe correct answer from what I see, obviously it’s on you guys to decide. But I would rather not start the whole banning mons things again for however along it takes for dungeons to be implemented. But like I said to me what makes Conkeldurr op is the coverage. Which limits the checks and counters. And the same should have been warrented for hydregion, but we got he answer to that which was not giving Draco. To me it’s the same principal.
  10. Don’t say complex ban hydregion....it is apparently not a “complex” ban because it was never “given” the move. but I agree on the complex ban. Either the orbs go on it or the coverage punches go. If we can keep hydregion, we can keep Conkeldurr.
  11. Can this thread be revived? With Conkeldurr being in discussing I would like to know the outcome of what happened with hydregion not getting Draco meteor? Was it a complex ban and made not learnable or what happened?
  12. That’s my point. You can’t say what will happen to configurs usage in ou because of banning conk just like you can’t say what will happen to other Pokémon’s usage if Conkeldurr gets banned. Ok and now it is an obtainable move under normal circumstances and I still can’t get it on hydregion....so what is holding it back?
  13. How would the tier look without Conkeldurr at all? You can’t just pinpoint one Pokémon usage going down drastically and not look at the ones that Conkeldurr holds in check from skyrocketing. That is why you can’t use the config usage going down as a reason to ban Conkeldurr.
  14. I agree if we’re going that way, I just don’t understand why hydregion is not in the same boat as Conkeldurr? If we go one way and can’t for another but actually keep hydregion but ban Conkeldurr, isn’t that kind of wrong tiering? What i I mean by this hydregion should have already been banned with that mind set if we don’t have complex bans. going forward we either ban them both or keep going with complex bans. But i I also thought we were going with the no ban pokes with the new start in unova? I’m just confused on the way things were being handled to why the change? I just don’t like the idea of jumping from one thing to the other because now Conkeldurr is an issue. To me it’s the same principle on banning Pokémon x now we have to ban Pokémon y. Both are bad but sense we went down the rabbit hole of complex bans, I don’t see harm in testing Conkeldurr with complex and if it doesn’t even out then I think hydregion and Conkeldurr both go and go back to old tiering ways without complex bans.
  15. Well stone edge still covers the flying types. He just loses the bulky water types then.
  16. Correct so if this complex ban, I don’t see the issue with banning the moves on it. A lot of people think I’m for the no ban on pokes from the past, but as of right now if nothing is done as in the punches ban, I think conk needs to go. But without the coverage options and adding stone miss I think it will be able to be handled. just my thoughts on Conkeldurr right now.
  17. Couldn’t we just ban elemental punches on conk, like we did with Draco on hydre? I think that’s what causes the most problematic issues for the checks right now. Some calcs could be ran without the punches, for stone edge to probably replace them. Idk if this could be a solution to keeping Conkeldurr but also going along with the move bans we have in place right now. just a thought but I think it could be a solution.
