In addition to a mandatory vote before being able to comment, it might be beneficial to mask the identity of the person making the suggestion to eliminate "popularity" bias and focus attention on the idea itself. When making a suggestion, the user could also be offered similar topics and would have the option of either responding to an identical topic to move it to the top of the page, or creating a new topic.

I understand your point of view but that's the role of moderators, and honestly, some posts are just too funny to ignore. Could adding the same preview function on the phone that is already available from the computer be a solution?

This is an interesting idea that could be extended to other PVE-oriented achievements: Legendaries and shiny hunting, battle tower etc. This would work as a cosmetic for achievements. An option to hide/show badges would be nice. However, I think the chat window should remain neutral to make it easier to identify moderators.

Adding a visual separation for each turn could be a quick solution while waiting for this feature to be added. I have no doubt that the developers are aware of the improvements that could be added to the battle log and that it is only a matter of time before this is implemented (soon™).

I am always amazed by the aggressiveness of these kinds of comments that I see on the forum. I'm happy to see we have some tough kids in the community. I think this feature is there to prevent abuse, maybe a moderator could confirm this.

During a PvP battle, always display in our battle window the name of the opposing Pokémon's species as it is in the Pokédex. Some players deliberately replace the name of a Pokémon with that of another species in order to mislead the opponent. Reading the combat window therefore takes more time and a mistake can cost the match dearly, especially in Doubles where there are a large number of actions per turn. This practice is akin to cheating and takes away some of the fun. Thank you.

Yes, lower tiers suffer from instability, but Doubles is a different format and the only way to find out why it's not popular would be to ask players. Matches are fast and the meta is stable. Maybe a lack of information? Developers make the game and people play it, so player suggestions are valuable to them. Based on recent events, we can say that the developers are listening to suggestions and issues reported by the community. The PvP system has improved a lot over the years and it shows that there is interest and resources invested in this part of the game. The feeling of slowness is perhaps only subjective and depends on the interests of each player. PvP probably only represents a minority of regular players, which would explain why it doesn't seem to be one of the main areas for improvement. In conclusion, I think looking for suggestions to make the double format more viable is an interesting topic that is a work in progress and a team effort between developers and players. Maybe replacing the current format with the official VGC mode would be something to try?

To objectively assess the situation, we need: - Determining factors - Percentage for each factor - Average number of matches to get 1200 points according to Elo - These same data compared to the single format This would allow us to assess the situation and provide solutions. Moderators are players like us who volunteer in their spare time to serve the community. As you may know, there are a lot of people playing this game and a lot of requests, that's why evidence is needed before testing a bug. I suggest you start showing a little more respect if you want to be taken seriously because the internet is full of trolls.

The best solution is to take a screenshot of the battle screen when the bug occurs and submit a ticket to the moderation team. They usually respond fairly quickly and provide clarification if needed.
