That is correct! The Move Relearner is in Mistralton City inside the house in the right side from the Pokemon Center.

 

There's 4 NPCs there. It's the girl in the top left. ^^

I recommend Oddish on the route on north of Cerulean, all Oddishs you catch there will have Sweet Scent. ^^

Yeah this would be a lot easier for us but would pretty much break all of the other itens for healing and PC itself xD

Maybe making the itens random according to how many badges the player has? Example:

• 0 to 2: potion (highest chance) or super potion
• 3 to 6: super potion (highest chance) or hyper potion
• 7 to E4: hyper potion (highest chance) or max potion

And in all of this put chance to parlyz hearl, burn heal, revive, max revive etc.

I also agree it can't be tradeable. ^^
