1. Yup, found it a couple of days ago. EDIT: So uhh, Viridian City's looking top notch:

2. Seems like common sense to have this implemented.
  3. @ShiinyJack: Drawing is great, background is too grey and the text is bad. Just finished my new tag, CnC is welcome and appreciated.
  4. Found this guy just surfing in front of Nurse Joy at Celadon PokeCenter

    [GUI] [WIP] Noir

Thanks :) I might finish the theme later when I have more time. Exams are coming up soon so I don't have enough time to do it right now.

    [GUI] [WIP] Noir

[WIP] Noir GUI Hey all, so here's another GUI I recently put together. It's a dark theme which draws some inspiration from that Wobbuforce Elite (I think it was called) theme which afaik is sadly not up to date. Currently I've only gotten as far as theming the Battle GUI but more will come when I get more free time. Hope you enjoy and, as always, CnC is appreciated. Screenshots

Download: http://sta.sh/01fan1k1yjlh Installation: Unzip to \data\themes making sure that all files are in a folder called "Noir" in the themes folder. Then simply choose "Noir" from Menu ==> Settings ==> Theme in-game.
  7. If you find the time, could you please do one of this in medium-blue? Thanks :)
  8. Good things: Nice consistent colour scheme, render blends in fairly well, consistent style, lighting works relatively well, depth is ok. Things that need improvement: There's no flow, the render needs to be sharper and the text doesn't flow and takes up too much space. Also, it's too low opacity which makes it difficult to read. You should also try looking into adding more depth. I'd rate it a 6/10. Go for it.

    [Sig] Rating Time

If you'd like a bit of constructive criticism:

It's generally better to not place the focal in the centre of the piece, try following the Rule of Thirds
You tend to use fonts which are rather garish and draw attention from the focal rather than complement it
The text often disrupts the flow of the piece
You need to work on your lighting, find a place where the light-source should be and work the piece to have the lighting reflect that
The colours tend to clash, which in some pieces can be the desired effect but overall in these pieces I think it would be best to use colours that suit/complement each other
Overall there is definite improvement, and 9 is, in my opinion, your best piece, as it has some sense of flow and the colours complement each other. Good job, keep practising and working at it.
  10. Just a heads up, you can name the file whatever you want, as long as you leave it as a .properties file. I think it's a little insecure storing a password as plaintext so I'll leave that out but I put mine in my main.properties file with all the other settings and it works just fine. Also makes it less cluttered.

    Quick Little Tip

The whole right-clicking the window thing doesn't work for me but I find holding the running key then pressing the Windows Key, the one with the windows logo on it to bring up the start menu works great for me, plus it's easier to press than Alt+Tab.
