It's a little difficult to tell exactly where you are in the distortion world or how many boulders you've moved, but I am going to paste the Distortion World walkthrough so that you can track what you have done. I suggest backtracking and following the steps as closely as you can. I hope this helps.

DISTORTION WORLD
 
Go south west all the way and talk to Cynthia.Go on the grey circle near Cynthia.Go west and follow the path.Go on the grey circle.
Jump on the next platform and follow the path to another grey circle.Jump on the next platform and go east.Follow the path and go on a grey circle.
Jump north on the next platform.Go on the grey circle all the way north.Go on the grey circle all the way west.Jump on the next platform and talk to Cynthia.
Go on the next grey circle and jump on the next platform.Go on the grey circle all the way east.Go on the grey circle all the way east.
Go on the grey circle all the way south.Go on the grey circle all the way west.Jump north to the next platform.Go on the grey circle all the way north.
Go on the grey circle all the way east.Go on the grey circle in the middle.Go on the grey circle all the way south.Go south and talk to Cyrus.
Say yes or no and go south a few steps.Go on the grey circle all the way north east.Jump on the platform north.Walk 3 steps east to jump on the next platform.
Walk 5 steps east and go south on the grey circle.Jump south on the next platform.Walk 3 steps east and jump on the next platform.
Go east and jump on the next platform.Go on the grey circle.Go north west and follow the path until you see a boulder.Push the boulder south.
Jump south to the next platform.Avoid the grey circle in the middle and jump west to the next platform.Push the boulder east.
Jump south to the next platform and go on the grey circle.Jump west to the next platform.Go north west all the way.Go north east all the way.
Go south and jump on the next platform.Go on the grey circle.Jump west to the next platform and go west 3 steps.Go 2 steps south on the grey circle.
Jump south on the next platform and walk 3 steps south to jump on another platform.Go east on the grey circle and jump east on the next platform.
Walk 3 steps east and jump on the next platform.Go north east and jump on the next platform.Go on the grey circle and jump west on the next platform.
Go north and follow the path to jump on another platform.Follow the path and jump on another platform.Follow the path and go on the waterfall.
Follow the path and push a boulder west.Jump west to the next platform and go on the grey circle.Jump north to the next platform.You will see a boulder.
Push that boulder 4 times south and 1 time west.Go south east a few steps and you will see a boulder.Push that boulder 1 time west and 1 time south.
Go west all the way and you will see a boulder.Push that boulder 7 times west and 1 time north.Go south east and talk to Cynthia.
Jump south on the next platform and go on the grey circle.Jump north to the next platform.Go north and talk to Cyrus.
Beat him and go north to fight the legendary pokemon.Beat the pokemon and click on the white portal.
Say yes to exit the area.Fly to sandgem town.
