Then if you use earthquake on diglett it should do double the damage since diglett is technically underground. Then shinies should be able to breed with non shinies and the only differentiating factor is they are of a different color. Their reproductive system does not change. Then you should not be able to enter any door while having wailord as a follower because in reality it is BIG! These are just off the top of my head. Like Peruano said, its for balancing and it does the job fine.

Simple one .. Allow the eggs to incubate in the box and hatch normally like it does in your party. However, it won't have the donator/flame body time boost. HOWEVER, don't remove the shiny chance boost of donator or charm. Massively helpful for people who breed a LOT of comps (like me and many others) AND for shiny egg hunters. Please do consider it! No. There is no way to breed without sacrificing the parents to devs. There's a whole Illuminati ritual that happens behind the scenes with all the sacrificed mons but you can only know the specifics if you become staff yourself. GL!

I won't be participating in the event but I will be watching it and taking in everything from the sidelines. true and its a good thing that they added something. Just because something was bad before and we have it a little better now doesn't mean things are fine the way they are and that we should be grateful we are getting *something*. My view on the matter is reward the ones who are putting the hours in and grinding. I like what Think said. I'm not saying that the rewards right now are bad. Just that they could be better for the ones who are really grinding to get to the peak.

Because we are playing in a competitive system. The very definition of the word means that you are competing with someone for something. That something here is rewards. What the OP is saying is that the current rewards are not justified for the amount of grinding that is required to get them in the first place.
