March 2024 Movement Discussion
Rhyperior was discussed/reviewed near the end of last month and was decided to be kept BL.

March 2024 Movement Discussion
After some consideration, it would be irresponsible to drop Vaporeon(assuming its even voted to be tested, no vote has been had) during the seasonal month so if it happened it wouldn't be this month.

March 2024 Movement Discussion
Going into the final month of the season, 2.5% usage and lower to go down, 6 and up to move up. Nothing changes. The Dugtrio vote will also be concluding on the 29th, at which point I will post here the verdict on it, if anyone still wants to try and sway votes you can do so here: I have also opened up the review on the Vaporeon ban since we got sidetracked on the reviews, and its a relevant mon based on usage drops currently.

[OU Discussion] Dugtrio
If it were an odd number it would require a vote of 5-2 to pass and it still wouldn't. 1 vote difference isn't enough to pass a vote with current rules. Needs to be at least 2.

My first rant of the game
It was planned to have a timer but it didn't make it into the initial release unfortunately.

[OU Discussion] Dugtrio
No ban happens.

More PvP visual bugs @Kyu
Are one of these players you or are you spectating someone else? Tooltips appear to be working fine for me(see screenshots). Also please make bug reports @ https://support.pokemmo.com/ as it will ensure they get seen, it may not be today as things are pretty overwhelmed atm but they will get seen soon enough.

Nice bug fix
- Screens Temporarily Banned from PvP
Light screen and Reflect are temporarily banned from PvP until a fix is deployed for them.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
Its close enough to 3% it probably wasn't below the cutoff at the time I took usage.- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
Votes don't happen immediately, some votes can take days to happen. They are going to have to make a thread anyway for it to be banned and I am not comfortable having bans where input isn't taken at all. Reading arguments and accepting the possibility that they might be wrong on some view given the right argument should be something every TC member is willing to do, being rigid and unmoving is not a good thing because then discussion would entirely be pointless. Splitting the policy also causes other complications, then we need to decide does it need a quick ban vote or a normal vote which is its own problem and delays things further. All of it being in one makes the policy easier to follow and mistakes less likely to be made.- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
So you would prefer a quick ban to be issued without allowing the community to have any input whatsoever? Thats the vibe I am getting here since this insures they at least have an opportunity.- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
Even in the old policy a thread had to be opened for a quick ban to say that a ban was immanent/likely to happen, this just streamlined the process.- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
Those votes are not considered final/locked in the case of a standard ban, they can be changed by the arguments presented here and those that voted are able to swap those votes. They don't make a vote and its locked in unless its unanimous, in which case there is enough support that any further discussion would be pointless- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
Quick ban and standard ban process has been merged into one process. A quick ban happens when a vote during a standard ban reaches a unanimous vote and bypasses the time restrictions needed for a standard ban. A standard ban requires at least one week of the thread being up and has a more lenient voting requirement.- [OU Discussion] Dugtrio
There is a quick ban vote going on as per policy, thanks for reminding me. Unless it gets a unanimous vote though this thread will be open for a minimum of a week. If it ends up banned something will surely happen to either dugtrio or its ability to try and make it useable in OU, what that is I don't know at this time. My focus is on if its even bannable as its been a topic people seem to have been afraid to touch for the longest time.- 对战箱子bug
ITs a known issue, you can drag and drop a pokemon from your party into the broken slot and it will fix it.- The Draco meteor hydreigon ban is weak
The thread was here for 2 months, you had plenty of time to reply in the discussion thread. If you would like to propose that the ban is wrong please do so in the appropriate thread, in this case- February 2024 Movement Discussion
It would be doubles only.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
With the addition of complex bans we are currently discussing giving SD back to Garchomp as well as returning Shadow Tag to its unnerfed state. If anybody has anything they would like to say about either of those things.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
The OU Draco Meteor ban on Hydreigon was deployed early this morning so is in game as we speak, can find a link to the discussion thread in the OP. Continuing to leave this thread open for further discussion updates until they are concluded(which isn't much left).- February 2024 Movement Discussion
Staraptor remains banned. First topic of discussion from BL2 with the most support of all of the discussions we had is Roserades ban to BL2. Its currently also UU by usage but not by a lot. Roserade will technically remain BL2 for now but have an asterisk on its name on my personal list in the event it ever drops below the cutoff again to signal a vote to actually test it at that time, there was pretty overwhelming support for unleashing this one if we could right now. Talking about Rhyperior now which is below the cutoff and capable of dropping right now if it garnered the support.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
Wait until I have to type Hippowdon and type Hippodown or Hippodon instead.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
I think last time Acupressure was brought up it either neither made it to a thread phase or it got voted against, both basically had the same outcome, not saying its not an issue now i just know it was discussed at some point in the past. Shaymin is remaining BL1, it was a fairly split vote though, some thought with new additions such as entei and soon to be moltres and with some other things being more prevalent, that might have made it worth being tested. Talking about Starraptor now.- February 2024 Movement Discussion
First tier change in a cycle, 5.5% and up to move up, 3% and below to go down Nothing is changing via usage. We will however be placing Moltres in the UU Tier when it drops. Draco Meteor test on Hydreigon has concluded, the move Draco Meteor on Hydreigon will be banned from competitive play in OU. - Screens Temporarily Banned from PvP
