Since you seem to already understand the mechanics of freeze I'm not quite sure why you're complaining about it being bugged since it's behaving as intended. Every turn you will have a 20% chance to thaw out, 12 turns in a row there is roughly a 7% chance to stay frozen. Also in te future bugs should be posted in the bugs report section

For each passing minute another clue will be issued in the chat until the host is found or has run out of clues. The last 5 rounds will have clues in the form of media posted in the chat. These rounds will only have the one clue and are worth double the prize money. Use your knowlege of the Unova region to decrypt the clues and find the host. Remember to send a Trade request once you find them Rules ~ The host will be hiding on Channel 5 Event-related information will be shared in Global chat The host hiding will announce at the start of each round that they are ready to be found. From that point, players will be able to search for the host. The first player to stand next to the current hiding staff member and send a trade request to the hidden staff member will win the round. Pretty much this, if it wasn't scarfed did you accidentally leave a Macho Brace on your Alakazam perhaps? Otherwise there would be quick claw or stat boosts coming into the calculations

All that means is that the move functions will be added, not the available moves for every Pokemon themselves. IE Draco is not confirmed

I've always assumed it was so people would buy repels. If we had access to a smoke ball I would say some percentage of the community would stop buying repels. To add the smoke ball would give a small boost to shiny hunting and nature hunting (synchronize Abra)

Jolly Salamence can hit 224 speed at lv68. The e4 do not have boosted stats edit: it seems your mistake is only putting 31 EV's. The maximum EV's is 252

I like that you're trying to bring contest back to this sub-forum, but I feel the deadline is much too soon, especially with how quiet this section gets.
