  1. Yet if she didn't post it you wouldn't get your reasoning and you would still be complaining about how staff doesn't tell you why your posts got removed, therefore her posts could be considered necessary from a staff point of view.
  2. It comes down to the same thing, you don't consider official events as endgame content right now. Which means there is no reason to play this game, right now.
  3. So you are saying tournaments are not the endgame, then what the fuck are we even playing this for.
  4. Munya, Munya are going to back to making mindless arguments and putting words in our mouths? The prize of tournaments isn't even close to 1/20th of the investment we had to make to be successful in a tournament. Are we saying we need our time and effort rewarded back a 100%? No, but we are saying that the prizes right now are ridiculously low. I think this is time and time again the incapability of staff members comprehending the literal hell players have to go through to be a successful competitor and more importantly a consistent competitor. Senile's post reflects on all the different ingredients a player needs to consistently stay on top of the game. The prize you have to pay to enter raids or tournaments in other MMOs is miniscule compared to the loot/prize you can win and you grind these components by actually playing the endgame. When we are grinding we aren't playing the endgame, we are grinding for the endgame and this grind right now doesn't stop. Even when reaching the endgame, it's simply not worth it here because of how self destructive our endgame is right now. Again explained in Senile's post. This fear of making it easy on us will eventually lead to the end of this game (pun intended). Competitive Pokémon is never easy and even on simulators to be on the top of the league means grinding and I think most of you don't realize this. Metagames are incredibly dynamic on simulators and you have to constantly go with the flow, grind information, practice teams make endless small adjustments to a team until it's tournament worthy.
  5. I think Senile just killed this game tbh
  6. Except that wasn't really the point.
  7. you encountered 2,5 shinies? So 2 shinies and a seel
  8. Was thinking of that but in the end can we actually 'proof; it. Even if we have our proof they can dismiss it by saying the numbers are made up and can't be proven to not be without an ingame encounter counter.
  9. It's why I said they were scamming peeps
  10. If you have an influx of 10mil a month from official events that really isn't harmful (which is what I proposed with shinies around the 5 mark and giving them out twice a month. Actually it's beneficial for the economy as the economy right now is staler than OU. Comp players actually give out the money they get from officials. Like stated in this thread what is happening right now is that shiny traders are stagnating the economy because they never give something out. Meanwhile the comp players that would give money out can't do it because they don't fucking get anything to give out. While making comps to sustain their position in comp play drains all the money they have anyway.
  11. this is a more accurate list for the 3-4mil range, all the others were 2 or less
  12. Did you not read what I said at all.
  13. Dont you already have the solution? The flaw of the last system was that there was a constant influx of tradeable shinies for every tournament. Now you have non trade comp shinies that do not add any value or inflation to the market and you can throw tradeable shinies in there like twice a month. You should just be sure these shinies are atleast worth 5-10. Meanwhile you can keep the non tradeable non comp shinies for art events etc
  14. @Xela: I understand where you are coming from but you should also realize that comp players are the players that grind in this game the most. You say they want to evade actual gameplay while the truth is that every single serious comp player has played this game more actively than anyone else (except Munya). Not only that but not every comp player is going to win tradeable shinies and some never win a tournament at all but they still play this game more rigerous than anyone
  15. there is no point in betting if there are only bets for one side
  16. Because it is less likely to find more than 1 shiny Pokémon with lower shiny odds.
