I have a question about Hoenn
Once you have four badges in your first region, you can visit the other one by taking a ferry at a port town. In your case, Slateport City. Once you reach your second region, its own storyline will begin. Your Pokemon and items (aside from key items) will be brought with you, but your Pokemon won't obey you until you have enough badges to control them again.

Tutor moves with move relearner?
Nope, tutor moves can't be relearned with the move relearner. You'll need to reteach them the same way you taught them in the first place.

Clefairy Cuples (February 14th)
It costs a Metronome turn to pull that off. Immediately switching Snubbull out is essentially the same as leading with Plusle/Minun and having one of them call Growl.

Love Bugs (February 14)
There was a bit of teamwork involved in this, but not from the players~ https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/61051-clefairy-cuples-february-14th/

Just found out...
The main storylines are complete, but a few things are missing here and there - Contests in Hoenn and the Two Island Game Corner for example.

Clefairy Cuples (February 14th)
This was discussed, but the decision we came to is that Snubbull's Intimidate helps to somewhat balance the raw power of having both Plusle and Minun in play together. Remember that their abilities activate in double battles. You can't have both Intimidate AND Plus/Minus active in the same turn either.

You UU Ewe (February 11)

Additional Regions?
Other regions are definitely possible and may happen in the future, but are not currently under development. The current focus is PvP features and completion of the features of Kanto/Hoenn.

How do I know I won’t get scammed when I trade more than 5 pokes?
Staff members can be trusted to act as a middleman for large trades. It is exceedingly rare that a CM will take them away and is something that hasn't happened at all during my two years of being part of the team. If you are still paranoid about asking a newer member, feel free to ask someone GM+ to assist. If the trade hasn't already happened, let me know and I would be happy to help. If something goes wrong when trading with another player, nothing can be done to get the stolen things back. Staff don't moderate trade disputes - it is up to players to trade with caution.

Hey i want Espeon
As others have stated, Eevee evolves into Espeon by leveling up during the day with 87% or more happiness. You can see whether it's night or day by looking at the clock at the top-left of the client - a sun or moon icon will be there.

Made a few quick edits to smooth it out. May un-die soonish and start making some more sprites.

Down-level Pokemon to 50 in the Battle Frontier
This is how it was in Emerald, and it also means not being able to rely on the same few Pokemon for each facility. While that may seem like an inconvenience, it's arguably a good thing from a game design perspective. It gives lv100 Pokemon a point outside of utility, something that they're currently sorely lacking. This has been suggested multiple times in the past, but I can't see it ever happening.

Have Pokemon Follow without Updated Battle Sprites
Yes, you can turn off NDS Pokemon sprites by going to menu > settings > DS Options > DS Sprites.

I don't know where to place this..
The only way to set an avatar is to use Gravatar. You can't directly upload images.
-
Hoenn and Kanto
As soon as you have 4 badges in your first region, you can go to the other region via ferry at Slateport/Vermilion. You can move freely between them after that as soon as you have access to the second region's port town.
-
How can I trade Pokemons?
Open the Global Trade Link from a PC instead of the menu. If you do, a Create Listing tab will be available. You can deposit your Pokemon into that, set a price, then it will be visible for everyone to see.

Pikachu or Raichu
The Light Ball raises both attack and special attack. Whether to go with Pikachu or Raichu would depend primarily on the tier you intend to play in. Pikachu is part of the UU tier and Raichu is part of the NU tier. If this is for OU, Pikachu's raw power sets it apart from other Pokemon (although it's likely to go down on one hit) whereas Raichu is outclassed in pretty much every way. Raichu's base speed is 100, and the Light Ball's stat multiplication doesn't work like that. It doubles the actual stats (resulting in them being significantly higher), not the base stats.
