The only way to check rarity is to see the Pokemon. You'll be given this information about them once you've seen them;

The in-game Pokedex now tells you Pokemon locations and approximate rarity after you have seen them too.

Transform copies the target's actual stats aside from HP. This is the intended functionality, and it copying base stats instead before now has always been a bug~

PokeMMO's critical hit rate is running on gen 6 mechanics. It's intentional that you can get a 100% critical hit rate with Farfetch'd holding a Stick + using a move with an increased ratio. In future, if you think something is bugged, please don't make a video telling players how to exploit it. In this case it's not a bug, but doing this with something that is actually broken isn't advised.

I'm afraid that the old breeding is not coming back. The ability to endlessly clone Pokemon had a devastating effect on the game's economy and is never going to be allowed to return. Pokemon have value now, and the return of the old breeding system would completely destroy that.

Repel actually works perfectly. It repels Pokemon on lower levels than the one leading your party, so if you're using a weak lead, that explains why it isn't working for you.

If you try to use a shiny Pokemon as a breeder, the old man will refuse to take it.

Yup, as others have said, you get a notification at the top left saying that you have a new message. Judging from the Pidgeotto's level, he isn't too far into the story so will more than likely notice before he's finished it~ Perhaps even right away.

It's convenient that this happened right now instead of a week ago. Why not send it to him through the mail~? He'll likely notice that he has a message then ask someone about it if he doesn't know what it is.

I hate to disappoint, but this isn't a confirmation of Sinnoh~ To explain why these dex entries existed in the first place, there are a handful of blank Pokedex spots between Celebi and Treecko on the rom. For some reason, the client treats these as having the sprites of the Pokemon following Deoxys (AKA early Sinnoh) if you have a HG/SS rom in your roms folder. There is no actual data for these mystery Pokemon - they don't really exist in the game.

I've ruined everything and brought shame to the event. Unforgivable~ (I wasn't actually going for that though, it just ended up happening, or rather not happening as it turns out.)

This pretty much sums up why this won't be happening. Also because comic sans. The Amnesia brace wasn't simply implemented to make things easier. It actually makes EV training slower than if you had used a Macho Brace, with the payoff being that the Pokemon you're training doesn't gain experience at the same time.

The hair looks like it's a different colour on the front and back now. It's a lot darker on the front than it is from behind.

While I won't give any exact figures, there are usually a few thousand players online. The number varies depending on the time of day. It's always significantly higher than this though.

As others have stated, the coin price scales with the number of coins that you currently own. It's best to buy as much as you need each time instead of the maximum amount to save money.

If Lugia and Ho-Oh end up being implemented there in the future, Navel Rock has the same problem as Birth Island. Additionally, there is very little room to stand, so it would be 100% pointless.

We have the entirety of the Battle Frontier, Vermilion City, and places where official events are held such as Silph Co for this. Vermilion in particular sounds exactly like what you're describing here.
