There are a few time based activities in PokeMMO now and I think upgrading the existing clock would be a nice temporary convenience while we await whatever PokeGear gadget will come. Something simple that has Run/Pause/Clear.

The optimization hat.

It will optimize all other hats in a 200 tile radius and bring back those 60 frames you deserve.

Why not throw some more masterballs around? Some cheap vanity items? A PP Max? Anything that rewards getting that far but not far enough. I think ChrisChris had a damn good mock prize list you should try out.

The event takes place in the Power Plant. Everyone must line up at the door until the race starts. Two organizers are needed, but more will make it run smoother. One organizer remains at the entrance, while the other remains at Zapdos. The object for the players is to reach Zapdos and return to the entrance. First person to complete the race earns a certain number of points, probably around 5. Other points may be earned via catching competitive Pokemon. In the spirit of a 'race' I think it should be based solely off of Pokemon rarity and nature, and ignore IVs. For example, a Hasty/Naive Electabuzz is worth the most points. Maybe 10. Modest/Timid could be worth 8. Etc. Etc. The whole event will have to be timed and you can only have a certain amount of entries - three probably. The points would need some adjusting and whatnot, but I think it could be fun.

Oh yeah, each member must make it to Zapdos and back, there is no /unstuck or dig or backdoor. The second organizer must see the competitors get to the entrance from the inside, not the front door, to finish.

I think this affects competitive games too much. I never liked that people would share Pokemon in a tournament. I actually enjoy the issues Return brings. There is, of course, the trading aspect. I don't see how that can hinder the value of Pokemon especially with the current breeding mechanics. We're constantly biking and I've raised all my Return comps from a disgustingly low happiness to 100% before even finishing one hatch.
 
I don't see Frustration ever replacing Return because steps affect Happiness.

I'm pro-bully because it creates character, both in the person being bullied and those around who are strong enough to stop it. Faculty intervening with bullying in school only causes more extreme bullying, which inevitably leads to incidents that promote anti-bully policies - furthering the cycle. Cyber Bullying is a complete joke. Taking anything serious on the internet is ridiculous. I've experienced it enough on Facebook, getting tons of rage from people because of a snarky comment. 
 
There are, however, situations were the legality of the bullying is the real concern. For example, the girl who dressed as a Boston Marathon victim got a bunch of death threats and whatnot to her and her family. That shit is not cool. Especially because the costume wasn't that big of a deal to begin with. People mock tragedy on a daily basis and a social media whore doing it shouldn't rally the cyber knights to the point of scaring her 60 year old mother into a coma. 
 
When it's a couple of kids making fun of some nerd because he's gay - I see no problem with that. I used to get it for being fat or a computer nerd and I wouldn't have it any other way. Those experiences shape you into the person you're going to become. Depression and dealing with it is an entirely separate issue and bullying shouldn't be it's martyr.
