That surely does moderately exciting doesn't it? Make sure to read all the information before registering for this event, if you wish to obtain the most Average of all time. Details: Participants will be using their old rod at Viridian City to catch the most Average Magikarp they can. This event will last one hour precisely. Before the event starts, you will be put in a group with other participants and a judge listed in the second post. It is your job to catch the most Average Magikarp you can using the point system below and link the most Average Magikarp to your group's judge in a whisper. The judge will accept entries until 10 minutes after the event has ended. We will then calculate everyone's points and gift the winner an average prize. The most Average Magikarp will be evaluated on nature and IVs. Average natures are the 5 neutral natures: Hardy, Docile, Serious, Bashful and Quirky The most average IV is the number 16, which is the exact middle between 0 and 31. Point system: IV range Points awarded 0-9 1 10-13 3 14-15 5 16 10 17-18 5 19-22 3 23-31 1 Nature bonus points: 10 In case of a tie, the Average Magikarp with the earliest catch time wins. Locking this thread as it's just personal attack vs personal attack even after the verdict has been made. Cut it out. Charizard has been banned because it was uber, NO ARGUMENT HERE! The UU Council and the community agreed to this almost unanymously. This ban did NOT go against any tiering policy at all. (except that I wasn't notified when it happend which should've been the case as I'm the UU TC leader and not Noad) Next up we will investigate Rhydon, which is less unanymously considered uber than Charizard because of it's more prevalent weaknesses. Also I'll be looking a little harder for a 3rd UU council member who is willing to help out.

This month's Team Tournament will be held in September due to the Doubles on Saturday and Summer Ball on Sunday. These are monthly competitive tournaments where teams can test their skill against each other. Players battle as teams (3 at a time). Teams can switch out which members compete between rounds. Clops A rank Rhydon A+ rank Clops is the new Special Wall, only one special weakness (shadow ball) and hardly any STAB ghost users in UU make sure it will survive for quite a while. Rhydon hits like a truck, with good prediction it can cripple enemy team. Sub set is safer and still wears down the enemy.

Update: fredrichnietze has resigned from the UU Council: fredrichnietze has decided to take a break from PokeMMO, that's why he decided to step down from his position as UU Council member. We'd like to thank him for his positive contribution to our Tier Council including his time and effort spent on making this a better competitive environment. DoubleJ takes a seat on the UU Council: While looking for a replacement for fred, we decided to give one of the OG UU Council Members another shot. Having talked over the issues that caused his resignation back in December 2014, we feel that DoubleJ has developped a better attitude towards the Tier Councils and feel he's as motivated as ever to contribute to the development of the tier.
