I have a question about IV ranges. While confirming IV's, there is the possibility with the IV being 31 when the range ends in 31. While narrowing/confirming once that range goes from 27-31 to 22-30. Does this mean that there is no chance for it being a 31 IV? This is after leveling the poke because it is low level.

Then HM's are used to over write moves??

Like the other thread that is going on about TM's why not one about PP max/up? I suggest there be a crafting element to like what has been suggested for the TM's. I think once we can grow berries (or if?) we could use the ladies in Hoenn who run the shop (forget which route). This could create a market for berry growers and artisians by simply mashing berries together with say an assortment of liquids (water/soda/tea) to make the max's and up's. I get all excited because it would bring an agricultural element to the game. Now, this sounds better in my head but I would really like suggestions on how to make this more difficult but not extremely difficult. Because, just growing berries then buying the other ingredients, which are less than $500, would be extremely easy. Please, suggestions and finer tuning are appreciated as well as constructive criticism. Thank you!

I think metal powder should also be on magnimite/magneton and mawile. Not just ditto...

I have another question. I know ice punch and the other moves besides Waterfall are TM or Tutor. If i put them on one of the parents will they transfer? I feel like when I sell this baby it will go for more with the moves already on it. Thanks!

Hello! I am breeding to sell a competitive Azumarill. I have a 3x31 (HP/Atk/Speed) Adamant nature Azu now. A buyer mentioned that he likes his Azu with Belly Drum. I totally forgot about egg moves. I checked Smogon but I don't think most of the sets will translate well over to PokeMMO but I am unsure. I just want to know from the competitive community what they prefer in Azumarill(Nature/movesets/specific IV's). I also looked at the older UU sets here but I am unsure how much will change because of the split and I was never a comp player. Just interested in providing the community with good comps. Thank you! (Sorry if this doesn't go here but I though it would because I need assistance with a future comp).

You do not need to be surfing to get Squirtle, I caught mine in the grass. Took me two days to actually see one though. Edit: They have changed it.

Ok. I have two Azumarill. Male Adamant is 31/21-25/13-17/12-16/18-23/31. While the female is 0-4/31/14-18/14-17/10-13/9-17. I will have male hold everstone because i need adamant nature, while bracing the female with attack. I know 3 IV's are passed directly to the child from the parents so the braced attack automatically is one of 3. Does the 2 highest IV's get inherited or is all that at random. Because I will have to breed a 3x31 with the 2x31 male to get a comp azu.
