As Alphatron said the visual bugs can be fixed by relogging. As for the multi-turn moves HP bar thing: That is also a known bug.

The ageing Mr. Fuji has lost some of the Pokemon under his care in Lavender Town, Channel 7. Help him track them down as he calls the roll!

Rules:
- There will be 10 rounds in which a Pokemon's species and nature will be given by the event host. Players will then search for and capture a Pokemon that fits the requirements, and the first to show it in Normal chat at the event venue will win a point for that round. The winner of a round will receive 100 Reward Points for their trouble.
- Pokemon must be obtained after the required Pokemon is revealed in chat.
- Any attempts to cheat such as submitting an invalid entry will result in disqualification.

There is no reason that a captcha would prevent money gain after answering it.

As RacheLucario said this is the intended functionality. VS SEEKER only works outdoors, which does not include caves & forests.

I honestly don't remember.
If you don't remember then we can reasonably assume it was several months back, some time in 2013. As RacheLucario said there was a reset of all NPCs and this is probably why you have been able to rematch them.
Does that sound accurate?

How long ago did you first defeat these NPCs that you say you were able to rematch?

Well it's suppose to be via announcements unless they add the "chat channel" RacheLucario was speaking about in another suggestion. I'm just going to edit the chat channel part out because it seems too confusing. haha. Thanks though, Patlee!
It now says "Swarm Notifications in Chat". Please PM XelaKebert/me/any Global Moderator if it can be worded any better for the idea you intended.

- Not by staff at this stage, unless we inform you otherwise.
- No. Disqualification and penalties will apply.
- Question is not clear. Assuming you mean something like account sharing, no that is not allowed.

Also the way this is catalogued in the ToC is incorrect, it makes it seem as though this has to be in its own channel. I'd appreciate if a moderator edited to "Swarms as announcements" or as the title describes it to prevent confusion.
