i managed a team only being able to get online one or two days a week at the library which required a hour travel time and 18-20 hours before i could get home. if not for that i would have had a very different line up and we probably would have gotten better then 5th place. EDIT: i was also living with an elderly relatives taking care of them and doing a lot of house work and yard work they were too old for, and some days i couldnt go to the library to do psl things because i had to take care of them.

ok http://pcpartpicker.com/list/QKPsKZ getting this https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1070-amp-extreme next paycheck. the long term plan when i made this was spend the money i had at the time on everything but the gpu which i got dirt cheap (also got the cpu/case/mobo/psu on sale for less then what they go for now) and then upgrade down the road. knew the rx series and the 10 series was coming and if nothing else the current shit would get cheaper. if i could go back i would get a 212 over the noctua and put the $ towards a haf xb case for future water cooling options + better gpu support. would probably also get a evga psu but eh whatever.

avg reading speed is 200 words per minute. avg post size in this thread is 71.77777777777778 words per post. how many post are their on the forums? 30 post in the last hour brings us to 107 minutes of reading time for one hour of content production. do you see the problem here? i'll spell it out for you. content on the forums is being produced faster then it can be read. content in game is being produced at a much much faster rate. it is not possible for humans to read that much unless they hired hundreds of people. time=money. just use the report button.

finn having a human read every post from thousands of people on the forums and in game is not possible. that's the point of the report section. if a mod is online and see's something they'll do something but 24/7 is not reasonable.
