Just to point out, there are three moves that can be tutored by an old woman at Cape Brink. Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant. I believe those are considered "Special" in the dex and that is where you get them. I believe it's final stage evolution of the three Kanto starters exclusive, they have to be in the front slot of your party, and perhaps happiness is involved, but I'll have to confirm that first. *** Edit: Looks like Hoenn starters can learn it too and happiness was not an issue. http://puu.sh/ljzFq/bd534bd745.png

I know this is a necro-bump on a sticky, but I wanted this to answer a question today, and my google-fu brought up this page, but it wasn't listed. /ping Server latency check.

Probably the same 1/255 encounter rate (my estimate after Payday farming multiple millions of $ in Cerulean Cave and catching Mewtwo about 10 times). Is it any floor in Sky Pillar or just the highest? To that end... I only farm the Mewtwo floor for Mewtwo. Can he be encountered at the entrance floor or Cerulean Cave? Can anyone confirm? I've only seen him on the floor where he would be in the real game; then again that's the only floor that I farm.

What is this about Rayquaza? A few people said it was added like a month ago, but I didn't see anything in the version update notes. Is there a scripted Mewtwo-like encounter with it and if so, where? I'll be in Sky Pillar until someone confirms this or denies it. Half of me is expecting it's trolling, but the other half hopes it's real.

Devs/GMs: May want to take another look at this swarm as well as I mowed down nothing but stuff in the grass in north and south Route 112 and never saw a single ponyta. It was still going on at 15:48:20 and nadda. I caught 6 Torchics and 4 Tyrogues during that time without seeing a single Ponyta. Hardly a "swarm". Perhaps a swarm mistake like the one noted earlier in this thread.

I don't want to embed a youtube video, but I took one of everything I was hunting for proof, two weeks ago when I was looking for all the new stuff. Try google'ing the following search critera: PokeMMO Nosepass with Fossil The first result should be the video I uploaded of finding a Root Fossil on a Nosepass. As you can see, my Smeargle had nothing on him and switched items with the Nosepass. Edit: Also, you forgot the Kanto Wilderness area: Cerulean Cave Another Edit. Metal Coat locations under Held Items - Type Enhancing Items. All I know of is Magnemite though. Another Edit: Miltanks come with Healing Item Moomoo Milk (very highly if not 100%)

Well, I donated a few weeks ago when i got back from a several month break. I bought the Amnesia Brace with my Reward Points. A few days later, I was informed that PVP battles could be force-capped to 50 making it kind of obsolete. So far the main uses for Amnesia Brace that I have found still to exist are to equip it to Tyrogue at level 19 to adjust your EVs to get the Hitmon~ evolution of your choice (and in this, I found it to be extremely valuable) and the other thing is for petite cup comps (as often as that happens). I would advise against an Amnesia Brace for those looking at it unless they modify it in some way to give it some other form of bonus because as it stands now, it's very limited in usefulness. I do have a bit of OCD about collecting "every item in the game" so I am glad I have it though. My two cents.
