Before the latest update, it would show "shiny" with whatever Pokemon was shiny on the attack select screen. It was seemingly dropped for whatever reason, and now we have a situation like yours. We are sorry for your loss.

I had the exact thing happen to me. A shiny Doduo fled in the Safari zone. It hurts, but keep your head up. I did 5x hordes to get over the pain lol

I don't remember where I read this but I believe the devs have admitted in the past that they don't want to release vanities over people's deaths, as that could be viewed as capitalizing on someone's death. Even if they released the green dragon and made it free and untradable, it would tank the prices of the other two dragon mounts that people actually spent money on. Though I think the thought comes from a nice place. We can always dream.

It would be cool if they confirm that you need to hold onto the wishing stone for a certain amount of time to have "x" effect.

I believe if you are on the release Pokemon screen, then the B button will work. I do agree though that this could be made more convenient.

Imagine once you caught all the Regis, you could bring them over to sinnoh to battle regigigas as a boss battle like Ho-oh.

I can understand your frustration about the devs returning the NPC after it was removed. I don't know if it's a good look for the devs to give in to complaining, or if it was actually unintentional for it to be removed in the first place.That decision made the end of the event not feel like the real end. However, you knew the event was ending soon, and you saved 7 boxes!? There had to have been a thought somewhere to free up some box space a little earlier, just in case of something unexpected in the game or your schedule. I'm sure you understand this now. There is probably little that the devs will do to make your individual situation "right". There is no way anyone could predict the NPC disappearing, or the devs spawning her back. People felt this way when they nerfed tablet rates from 40 to 24, and made the Zodiac outfit the ultimate reward for the tablet grind. It's the guessing game we all play as they adjust and fine tune things to their liking.

Is Mr. Mime intentionally in both egg hunts and uncommon? This list is turning out great btw

My question is will people who redeemed more than 288 swarm pokemon, but haven't reached the original 480 receive all the tablets now that the threshold is lower? Or will they have to retroactively grind more regardless?
