Hello, You are allowed to have many different accounts and switch between them on the same device, you are also allowed to play on multiple accounts at the same time but it has to be on 2 different devices (running two instances of the game on the same device is not allowed). You cannot log in on 2 characters from the same account at the same time because the 1st one would automatically disconnect. For trading between characters on the same account, that's not possible for the same reason as above but you can mail stuff between them instead. For trading between characters on different accounts you can definitely do that if it's between 2 different devices or you can also use mail. You can play any seasonal event with multiple accounts, you just cannot participate in official catch events/ PvP tournaments etc. with 2 different characters/accounts.   9. You do not need to beat the Elite 4 to be able to find them, lure encounters are 5% encounter rate while using lures so it seems you just got unlucky.
  10. Hello, There are no current known bugs with the roaming legendaries and this is just bad luck in this case. It is normal that players will sometimes look for it for a long time because it's hard to find and based on certain encounter odds which means it's never guaranteed. With enough determination you should be able to find it eventually so don't give up and we wish you luck!
  11. Hello, You likely re-battled the same trainers you fought in the past, which is something you can do every 6 hours. As you get more badges the trainers you re-battle will get stronger as well.
