Can't we even agree that shiny rate is random and we complain because RNG mindscrew us. We can't do anything about RNG rather than praying for it.
You expect to get a shiny in 100k encounters, yet no shiny after that. It's cause RNG has noped your hope.

I'm sure that's where Groudon is.
When weather becomes sunny, there will be a cave which leads to Groudon.
The mystery is that how it's there even though groudon and kygore are unavailable.

Gilan, wasn't there a update where Mom can send you back to region after choosing a starter? I haven't tested it yet though.

Yes, but what he meant is that Feebas is not available in the wild atm.
Feebas will be added when Milotic and Beauty stuff's implemented.

About legendary birds, yes, they are unavailable but they might be in the future, if they implement dungeons, which will take a while.
The only available legendaries are Mewtwo and Rayquaza, but you can only keep them for a short period of time, not permanently.
Squirtle do appear on surfing but i'm not sure if it's possible to encounter them through fishing. Remember that squirtle appears only during day time, this also applies to all other starters as well.
You'll have to keep trying, they are pretty rare and are around 40 level if i remember correctly.

If I remember correctly, it's possible to get their legendary datas since you can fight them in Trainer Tower only if you are on a high streak.

The message will also show up if someone with mewtwo lost a battle and the winner got mewtwo.

Since vs seeker cannot be used in Hoenn, you can use match call as it's more likely a way to rebattle trainers.

@AppleJacks, just you know the pokemmo is on Gen 3, that means all pokemons above gen 3 aren't available.
If new pokemons are added, it would be announced.

Eevee can only evolve to Umbreon if it has 87% or more happiness and level up during night. You can see happiness in eevee's stats.
It's only way to do this.

Probably point of catching Mewtwo/Rayqauza is just to collect their pokedex data, and it's also kind of a sub event - Trainers vs Special Trainer.
When the owner loses a battle, the winner will be Special Trainer since the legendary joins him. Special trainer can't deny battles otherwise legendary wouldn't be happy. The process repeats after, repeats after, blah blah.
You can't even use them in Battle Frontier, even in original games unless a cheat allows that, what's the point of keeping them only for storyline? Seems a waste.
There are plans for less powerful legendaries in the future. It's been said many times, I think.
Wait for it to happen or in dream.

Well, shiny rate is a mystery then.
