Hahaha no. This only applies to Shedninja. Every other non-shiny pokémon will evolve into a non-shiny. Same with shinies. Every shiny pokémon evolves into another shiny. Except Shedninja. Evolving a shiny Nincada doesn't guarantee you a shiny Shedninja. It will, by the other hand, guarantee you a shiny Ninjask. Thats why a lot of us believe that Shedninja is the hardest shiny to get.

True. But I didn't mean farming kids as a profitable way, but for getting the goodie bags "for free". For many of us, buying them would be better and faster. But newer players might not be able to do so due not having enough money to spend that way. But all of these are only speculations.

I think the whole point of kids was for those players (mostly new ones) that couldn't fight the boss manage to get, at least, a few goodie bags. Sure, most players barelly paid attention to kids, but there were players that DID farmed them. I guess devs tried to make this event fair for everyone (Boss difficulty aside) so if a player didn't have the team or the money to make/buy a team for miniboss/boss farming, at least could get some goodie bags In general terms, this has been the best and most accesible event I've seen yet. Plenty of stuff to do. Maybe a few stitches for next year's but they're definetelly on the right direction.

I think that if you were banned for RMT, the ban is permanent. You can try and make a ticket to appeal the ban, but after all those years, possibly it would be better for you to make a new account. Best of lucks!

Apparently, besides of been blessed with the gift of been subnormal and with a really bad internet connection, I made a 3rd account with an almost identical username. The only explanation I find is that maybe it gave me an error while I was creating my account (due bad connection), I retry it with another very very similar username and did it...never knew I had a 3rd one (that I will never use) until now. That's why it didn't show me any character while I was creating the ticket (which never finished). Anyway, problem solved. To mods: please erase this post. Thanks and sorry for the troubles.

I managed to log in using the same username from that account. But when I'm gonna choose the deleted character, the page doesn't load anything but remains a little darkened. The thing is that I didn't receive any notification or email related about it. I'm gonna wait until I get Home to try it again on my PC. Thanks

Today I tried to log into My alt account and it shown me no characters (I have 2). Only the option to create a new one. I don't know if it is a bug or if it was deleted/banned (although it doesn't show anything) by mistake. Last time I used it was about 2 weeks ago, iirc, when I transfered almost all my breeders and history mons from my Main account in order to make room for egg shunting Charmander. Also tried to log in to make a ticket and couldn't access. I already did a ticket couple of years ago for another issue but now I can't log in. Tried all My emails, profilenames and nothing. Even tried with THIS forum account. Do I have to make another one only for The ticket???? HELP

Like said before me: Don't give up!! If you really want an specific shiny, go hunt it and keep trying until you get it. It's not gonna be easy, but that's precisely why shinies are so special. Amount of hours/encounters doesn't matter. If you hunt, eventually you will get it. Simple as that. It could take 2 encounters, 68K or a million. Each encounter has 1/30K chances of been shiny. It is just luck. So... good luck Your shiny awaits!!

The "easy" mode required an specific pokemon team, with specific moves + natures and specific tactics that you MUST follow perfectly, because the smallest mistake cost you the victory. I used Krookodile, Typhlosion and Chandelure for the boss ("easy" mode) and switched chandelure for Hydreigon for minibosses. If, for any chance, I forgot to change back when challenging the Boss...that was a lost candy. Due I used to farm the boss while doing something else (working, watching TV shows, etc), more than once missclicked "Safeguard" in my 2nd turn of second phase... silly noob mistake, yes, but one that meant almost instant defeat in 3rd phase, and even the time I made it out at the end, was at a very high cost. So, in my very own personal opinion, a Boss that requires a very specific team, tactics and doesn't forgive the smallest mistake, ISN'T EASY AT ALL. Sure, you go to youtube, watch a few videos and build a team EXACTLY as explained there, then go defeat the boss using the EXACT steps shown and start saying "ez boss"...it wont change that. Make it challenging, of course, but I think devs need to analyze a better way to accomplish this, because the boss felt unfair every step of the way. Pretty sure almost 99% of players that defeated it, did it after seen a guide elsewhere. Other than that, this has been the best Halloween event so far since I'm around (almost 3 years). The one thing I missed were the particle mons in Halloween swarms, but it is understandable due all things they have pulled out in the past months... and the ones that are coming.

Thanks to the devs for, again, another awesome Halloween event. Thanks to the mods for the patient and all their efforts and help they gave us. Thanks to all those capeless heros that constantly gave MB and Kids locations. Special thanks to @HolidayEx for its amazing Wisp location guide. A lot of us couldn't have made it without it. Could be the ROM itself. Happened to me a while ago with a corrupted Platinum ROM. Try with another one. Podría ser la ROM. Me paso hace un tiempo atras con una ROM del Platino. Prueba con otra a ver.

I noticed this yesterday. There is a small bug in the Boss sprite of Kanto and Sinnoh: they have an invisible square at its right side. Each time we interact with this invisible square, is like we were talking to the boss itself. This doesn't happens in Unova and Hoen's has a house in that place; Not a big deal, but I wanted to share it.

You don't need to log off. Just go to the pokemon center and return. The alpha will respawn

I use an Alpha Magnezone with flash and iron defense. Works almost every time (except when the alpha has effective moves against Magnezone). When the alpha accuracy is at its lowest, I lower its HP and then, sent out Smeargle to make it sleep and leave it with 1 HP. Still, I've lost a few alphas that run out of PP after 30+ timer balls. Sell healing alphas are hard, but you could eliminate this issue with taunt

Too easy to obtain? There are 2 ways to "easily" obtaining it: 1 - Being a millionaire and buy as much pumpkin bags you can afford and be lucky 2 - Breed an specific OP team against the boss (which isn't precisely cheap, either) and farm it yourself in hard mode, which is not an easy task. So yeah. Very easy. Don't get me wrong, the vanities are awesome and the event is pretty much fun (the wisps were a really nice and cool touch), is just that they killed its best feature: profit; as said in the original post.

Can confirm all of that but Lost Cave. Also in Kanto: At the end of Bosque Baya (the forest of island 3), there is another one. requires surf and Cut Rt16 (cut) Rt17 Rt14 (above the twins) If I remember any more, I'll update (if not already)

MODs are always saying that removing D-PAD was intentionally. But devs SHOULD do something about the routes. Either they're permanently identified, or allows you to click it to see the name
