Its true that the first 2 floors dont have any encounters, but i think the rest of the floors have the same encounter rate.

This is not a bad idea. Maybe they can also allow items that pokemon hold while sitting in the pc (leftovers and that stuff) being dragged from your pc into your party. Then you dont have to take the pokemon out of the pc.
