After 77K encounters, 7,6K eggs and a shiny solrock I found my shiny bagon! Team Optic on top!

Hi! I'm Eltroyer and I have been playing this game since April 2022. These are the shiny pokemon I managed to get. OT SHINIES 16 Shinies caught Total encounters: 500.577 Average Encounters per Shiny: 29.445 CURRENT HUNT Shiny Diary #1 "Poligod" 17.000 encounters My first Pokemmo shiny. At the time I was tired of shiny hunting on regular pokemon games as it started to feel really easy and not a challenge anymore so I decided to look for other pokemon games like Hackroms and found this game on a 2.015 video saying how the odds were really challenging so I decided to give a try. After completing Unova and Kanto I decided to not wait any longer and started shiny hunting poliwag on Viridian City. 17K encounters later I found this one and my pokemmo adiction started. #2 SOLD DITTO 55.000 encounters After going over odds on this one I decided to leave the spot I was hunting and bought some leppas and tried some encounters at the pokemon mansion. Not long after that I found this 2x31 ditto that I did not even wanted so after some time I decided to sell it. I know you should not sell shinies as a shinyhunter but I was new to the game and the millions really helped a lot speeding up the new player experience. I would probably do it again if I was at the same spot. #3 BRED SLOWBRO 9.000 encounters After the previous hunt I bought my first dono and managed to get this one really soon. It was not really special and I made one of my biggest mistakes by breeding it with my next shiny. Looking back I really regret it and I wish I saved it and just bought one from the market. I just did not know how easy making money can be in this game once you play enough hours. #4 "Goldie" 98.000 encounters My longest hunt ever, I remember playing a lot on the summer of 2.022 this was originally a swellow hunt but after 60K encounters I decided to change spots as I was really burn. Hitting triple odds was brutal for me and seeing the counter getting close to 100K frustrated a lot but in the end I managed to get a 31 atk adamant marill at route 101, that is why I decided breeding into a comp one. Now the breed is complete and I have a 2x31 3x25 adamant azumarill with both belly drum and aqua jet egg moves. Really happy with that. Would like to make a NU team at some point just to try it out, also getting the fairy type would be huge for a OU run. #5 DISAPPEARED DONPHAN 27.000 encounters This is an odd one, I remember getting this one as an ursaring phase on Victory Road and in my mind I would have sworn that I used this to breed my Azumarill too, but writing this I realized that they are not on the same egg group making that impossible. I took a Pokemmo break soon after getting this one and I really cant remember what I did with it. I highly doubt I sold it, but you never know... #6 "Ice Cream" 11.000 encounters As I said I took a break after the shiny donphan as I played A LOT on that summer, when I came back my previous team was disbanded and all I wanted to do was shiny hunt, make some money and find a new team. When I came back it was the winter season on the game and decided to get this shiny as soon as possible. Luckily my first shiny since the hiatus was not a long hunt. #7 "Blue Ameba" 156 encounters After the 98.000 encounters hunt my average was really high considering I am always on dono and this was the way my average went down and started looking like an even average again. After the previous shiny I decided to farm some ditto boxes to get easy money and this little one appeared the next day at Desert Underpass. It felt good to have another shiny ditto after selling the previous one. However this ditto only has shitty IVs, so I will keep it in my collection. #8 "Need Shiny Bagon" 42.000 encounters My first Optic shiny!!! After making some money I decided to go back to the Ursaring spot at Victory Road but after getting over odds I decided to go to Petalburg Woods and give shroomish a try because other OPTIC members were looking for it too. I phased with a shiny wurmple that I kept for a long of time naming it "Purmple". After deciding to go for bagon I risk the evo just to have a swarm ability shiny pokemon and ended up getting the good one. #9 "Blue Snow" 5.500 encounters Optic luck was real and I got this after probably 30 or 40 hordes in Acuity Lakefront while trying a couple encounters without really knowing what I wanted to hunt next. Even it was not planned I think is a cool shiny and I would like to breed a competitive one in the future. #10 "MAD AF" 27.000 encounters I got an outfit with the Red Eyeball mask and the Red Unity cape so I wanted a follower shiny that could match the outfit, also I learnt that I could make some money farming flameorbs while shunting it so it was a no brainer for me. Got it while farming on my phone, did not expect it at all. #11 "TEAM WINNERS" 66.000 encounters Soon after Heatmore Optic shiny bingo started and I was drafted into Team Winners (shoutout to our captain @Jmaayy) Sadly we had a rough one, I shunted on some spots like the Stunkfish one and did like 50K encounters at Dragon's Den trying to get Dratini, when the dragon tyle was completed I decided to not continue the hunt as it would not help my team at all and after 58K encounters I did not want that for team winners. Soon after that I finally got a shiny for the bingo and was really happy with it. Tried 20K encounters more after getting it at the lombre spot but did find any more shinies in the bingo. Team also did't find a lot of shinies an we ended up on the third place. Really cool event 😄 #12 "EV TRAINER" 30.100 encounters I took another break after the bingo, but I did play occasionally the game, just not shinyhunting, at some point some friends and I did a monotype tournament on showdown, I was lucky and I got the ground type which helped me clinching the first place. Gliscor and mamoswine were the stars of my team and as I already got gliscor on my previous hunt I decided to shunt it on Giant Chasm with the 50% sneasel chance (another shiny I really like). Got it with adamant nature and at the moment I just use it to EV some of my pokemon, another future competitive shiny probably. #13 "NO ME LO CREO" 2.800 encounters This one was a blessing. One of those shinies you know you want to get one day but you don't take the extra step and start the shunt. Well, after some hordes I decided to afk payday on undella to get some money, and of course a Shiny Shellder appeared. I am so happy with this one, this is for sure going to be my next competitive breed once I get the shiny bagon. #14 Druddigon 11.340 encounters My only Christmas Event shiny. Green shinies have been growing on me lately, even though they are usually hated I like them a lot so I took the extra shiny odds and redeem this one. Probably will end up with all the green shiny dragons at some point. #15 "Decepción" 54.335 encounters and 6.004 eggs After the druddigon I immediately went to the mareep/mankey spot at johto to see if I could clutch a shiny before the event ended, but soon a friend outside MMO motivated me to go for a special shiny and stop focusing on the easy hordes hunts. And that is was I did, I went to Meteor Falls with just one mission. Getting a shiny bagon (a shiny beldum would be goated too ngl) 3 months I spent there and egging while getting nothing in return. I expected that it would take some phases but getting such a long one to start has been devastating. So here is the first phase. I already have another 2.000 encounters and 410 eggs after that and I feel really motivated after seeing some crazy shinies on my Optic mates. Hopefully I have an early one since my average is really high at the moment. #16 Salamence 23.808 encounters and 1623 eggs I GOT IT! Man what a wonderful feeling, after a little more than a month of exclusively singles and eggs I finally hitted the one I wanted. I'm so so happy I don't even know what to say about it. I really expected to do more phases on meteors but the mmo gods have blessed me! #17 "Da Vinci" 14040 encounters I always wanted to replace my catching smeargle with a shiny one, so I saw the opportunity to hunt it in the Johto pokedex event. I knew I was due an early shiny and I finally got it. Will breed it up in the future so it becomes my main catcher.
