Since pokemmo is now gen 5-based and moves/pokemon names/locations are no longer UPPERCASE, for the sake of consistency, Kanto/Hoenn location names should be changed to reflect this. I.e. change FOUR ISLAND to Four Island.

You're missing the point, I just think there's no reason to buff it because it's neither broken nor too weak. It's already very valuable utility as is. -

I would agree if you were suggesting an useless move that would get a niche if slightly buffed. Knock Off is already good, it's just not used everywhere because it's not busted like the gamefreak new version. Outrage at 100 would be fair tho, probably. Not everything learns DClaw.
