For anyone having issue installing on mac, I had to rename "strings_en_dump.xml" into "strings-mac.xml" for them to work. Thank you for the strings, they are great.

In the PC we can select multiple pokemon, but it requires to click the little square icon in the bottom to enable selection. I'd like to have a keyboard shortcut to do this. It could either be a toggle (i.e. the key enables/disables the selection button) or it could be held (i.e. hold the key and drag with mouse to select).

The new GTL presets are really cool and I wish I had more slots. I suggest to introduce a gift shop item that can be consummed to unlock 10 extra presets on a character.

I'd like to see the gender ratio in the pokedex. It is important for breeders because of the gender fee. Often I'd like to quick check the gender ratio of a pokemon before buying it.

In GTL advanced search it would be cool to have a checkbox to hide species from the "Cannot breed" egg group (mostly baby pokemon I believe). It is useful when searching for breeders and flipping. Edit: This could also be implemented as a special value inside the egg group filter, named "Can breed" which includes all egg groups except "Cannot breed".

On PC there is a video option "Show Battle Background" that can be turned off to make the battle background transparent. Can we have the same for mobile please?

When using the popular HD battle sprites mod, the HM animation is broken. This seem to be a known issue and modders said the problem is the game and not their mod. I'm pretty sure this can be fixed. We use HMs all the time (especially fly) so it would really make the game experience less clunky.

I disagree that custom strings should not exist. Skipping the dialogues really makes the game more enjoyable to me and many others. Waiting for dialogues that I litterally know by heart is not a fun experience. Not even speaking about how it would kill egg hunting if they were to be removed. Tho I agree that using custom strings makes the game feel buggy (because of their current implementation). I think the ultimate solution is to add a builtin "Fast NPC dialogue" option to remove them properly. However that is some work for the devs and maybe they have better things to do (raids I sure hope). The little improvement I suggest would create a much less clunky experience for not too much work.

When using custom strings we constantly see the empty white text box. Sometimes we need to press A to close it. This makes the game feeel clunky to play. I think the game could completely skip the text box if the dialogue is empty. For example when healing it would just play the healing animation and there would be NO text box. When talking to NPC shop you would just press A and the shop opens. You can close it and walk right away. No need to press A to close any white text box. When planting berries you just press A and it open the berry menu. Then click "plant" and it just plants. Maybe add some slight time delay if needed to balance the economy. The problem to me is not the time loss but the clunky visuals.

Pokemon names and design are the intellectual property of Nintendo even if you draw them yourself. There are vanities in the game that are heavily inspired by pokemon but I believe they're different/original enough to get away with it.

I would love to see this happen, BUT Having pokemon mounts (either surf or ground) will never happen because they cannot distribute art featuring pokemons or any other copyrighted graphics. They must either use the graphics in the ROM or distribute their own original art. Also, the default surf model in NDS regions is a 3D model and not a sprite. So adding surf mount requires to somehow manage this problem (either distribute 3d model or adapt 2d sprite into the 3d world).

Sometimes I miss people's DM because I am not on the correct chat tab/the message get lost in between others. Considering there is already a chat window system, it would be nice to have an oprion to automatically open one whenever someones send you a DM. It would need to be an option to prevent spam for more notorious people.

I just noticed that you can use item shortcuts while in battle to quickly use a revive/potion etc. But its only possible to shortcut healing items (not battle items or balls). It would be nice to allow this. In my case I would like to bind X Speed to a shortcut because I am using it a lot.
