The cheapest shinies aren't all neutral natures anyway. I don't see why people would be buying them for their nature when I can see Modest/Adamants for similar prices. But maybe the general demand for any nature would drop slightly with the mint option being available. I just feel like if you were willing to spend millions to change the nature in the first place you're probably going to be going for a better one anyway.

@TohnR Would rather keep the original Pokemon and not have to spend millions. Any reason my suggestion and the option to breed can't co-exist?

Me and my friend recently both got our first shinies, his was a special attacking mon and mine was a physical attacking mon. We both got natures that reduced their respective attack stats which kinda sucked. I thought it would be nice if there was an item that set a Pokemons nature to a neutral nature just so that you're not stuck with a strictly negative nature. I feel it wouldn't negatively affect the market as no one pays a premium for neutral natures, it would just be a nice option for OT Pokemon with sentimental value sometimes. Thoughts?

I don't find the sleep a big issue at all. Was just listing it as another minor benefit if the catch rate is 100% it will save time, wasted balls and reduce sleep risk to 0. Currently I do Apricorn runs and get a few fast balls for the base price. But yeah if you wanted to do it on mass I don't think the extra cost of the balls would be worth it. The other day I was seeing them go as low as 2k which might make them worth, but their won't be enough supply to stay at that price as you say. Was just putting the idea out there in case you or someone else can think of a way to optimise it. 31 SPD for ATK IV dittos go for over 5x if they have adamant atm. But looking at the pokeball options to me it seems there isn't a way to utilise Espeon and keep the catch rate high for cheap. Also thanks for the guide, it's a great method.

Not quick ball, fast ball. So you do the same thing as with net balls, yawn, pay day and ball. But instead they will transform to Espeon who has 100+ base speed so you get the 4x catch rate (as long as it works of Dittos newly transformed pokemons base stats which I assume it does if net ball works of the transformed pokemons typing). Also the Synchronize to adamant is just to increase the average profit on your Ditto. A ditto with 31 ATK or 31 SPD and adamant is worth much more than one with other natures.

What about Espeon? Can get one with Synchronize and Adamant, then use fast ball for 4.0x catch rate if it works how I assume it does. This way you get better Dittos on average and a higher catch rate (it's already high so I assume it would be guaranteed which means you'd never get slept either). The issue is the balls cost more. You can get some yourself every day but idk if that's worth making a new catching mon for.
