Its not a bug. you have to encounter the alpha, and then once you encounter it, it tells you what pokemon it is on the map. It keeps it as a mystery until you check it -

If you read the post, i said as long as people provide pictures for more then one of them, like 3 different OT, then i will mark them as complete. I know ive seen 4 different shalpha zards and i might have the pics for them somewhere. But rn i only have the pic of 1, so 1 is marked off.
