wait.......shit confuse hang on i understand what TheRandomn is saying which is: if you got 6 pokemon with sweet scent and you use it only once you lose 30pp instead of just 5pp which is why i asked the question i did, and i think thats where the misunderstanding is its not the linking of the 5pp per pokemon that he's worried about it's the loss of the 30pp through-out the entire team ..........not sure if that makes anymore sense or not

how would it be pointless exactly? not many people have the time to grow berries nor the money to buy them

what exactly does the move do? also would be confusing when people ask what gen does the moves follow, "we got gen 6 learnset with gen 3 moves.........oh and then (move name)". people might be asking more than anything else

but handing out shinies is the same thing. also and i could be wrong but i think the current shiny prizes are gifted so that right there is like giving a ribbon to the winner

correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure winners of official tournament receive shinies, that in itself is big for many players. i don't think giving ribbons to boast about will really change much or lessen the envy towards the winners

i can see how this change could help players. so if this was up to vote i would vote for it

i think this would be a great idea to bring back. as for set up i believe it would help having 2 different kinds of podcasts: 1 where the staff runs it for all official pokemmo dealings (like with global) and then a second where the players run with a rep from each channel (since each channel has a different community). the second 1 can also be a way of passing on more long term unofficial events/tourneys. though this is only my opinion i do think that the players should have more to talk about among the other channels to help them understand each channel's community.
