this set is also great but the thing with belly is that no one will be expecting it^^With that slow speed, Encore doesn't really help all that much. I would advise using Surf / Ice Beam / Rest / Sleep Talk for simple longevity.

Walrein jolly 31 speed attack iv needed! this is op moveset with a base speed of 65 Walrein is good enough for BELLYDRUMSET if u add salac. I will suggest 252 speed and 252 attack needs return/sub/bellydrum/waterfall and could be dangerous cuz it's bulky.keep in mind after salac it wouldn't outspeed pokes like swellow/sneasel

Motivation:
Ever since I was a wee lad I've wanted to win competitions by doing the bare minimum and a PSL manager is the perfect way to do that. I won't have to go through the trouble of sweeping people with clefable, i can just watch my humble servants do all the grunt work while I take all the glory. But if im being honest with myself the real reason I want to be a manager is so that I will have something to procrastinate with while I go into my exams in the next six weeks. Also I watched some of those motivational videos from Arnold Schwarzenegger recently so I feel like I can do anything right now.
