We sadly can't give you direct links to the .GBA and .NDS roms because they are copyrighted.
But you can easily find each rom by searching on Google / YouTube.
The required rom is Pokemon Black OR White version (.NDS rom).
The optional roms are: Pokemon Fire Red version (.GBA rom), Pokemon Emerald version (.GBA rom), Pokemon Platinum version (.NDS rom), and Pokemon Heartgold OR Soulsilver (.NDS rom).
What can you get from the optional roms?:
- Pokemon Fire Red version: Kanto region ;
- Pokemon Emerald version: Hoenn region ;
- Pokemon Platinum version: Sinnoh region ;
- Pokemon Heartgold OR Soulsilver version(you need only one version): the ability to get your pokemon following you AND to see the following pokemon behind the players (if they have one).

Arcane is an animated television series set in the League of Legends universe.
The series was unveiled during the League of Legends 10th Anniversary celebrations.
It was being developed and produced by Riot and animated by Fortiche Productions in Paris, France.
The first season was expected to release in 2020, however it was delayed until 2021 in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.[1]
It was announced on May 3rd, 2021, that it would premiere exclusively on Netflix in the fall of 2021.[2]
On September 25th, 2021, the release date for the first 3 episodes was revealed to be on November 6th, 2021 (now available).[3]
Episodes will be released in 3 Acts, with each act composing of 3 episodes.[4]

Description
Based on the world behind League of Legends, Arcane dives into the delicate balance between the rich, utopian city of Piltover and the seedy, oppressed underground of Zaun. Known across Runeterra as the "city of progress," many of the most brilliant minds call these cities home.

yo, was going to recommend Mushoku Tensei but nvm, the second part of season 1 is reminding me how cringe some parts of this anime are...
so, watch Takt No Destiny instead!
why? the animation (and actually the story is interesting, with good OSTs and voice actors)

It's my own opinion but the anime Eighty Six gave me a new experience of war.
It shows us the consequences of humanity's fascism and of war.
There is a bunch of cliches for sure, but the studio took a way to keep us with them until the end.
I mean, sorry for the Mecha fans, but I hate Mecha animes. But here, it wasn't a problem for me.
The chara design, the animations, the story, and the musics, everything was perfectly matching.
Well, to be honest, the new season looks scary.
Only one episode available right now (two in some hours), but the story is taking an... unexpected way.
Why not, but still scary.
And axx, it's sad, but I think the popularity of this anime is high because Hiroyuki Sawano worked on some songs (according to most of comments I saw since the first trailers). It's not the only reason, but it's 100% one of the main reasons.
