impressive. I'm wondering how long it took/how much it cost to breed, especially since this is one of those seemingly tricky hidden power breeds

 

It did not cost me much time or money, caught a 31 magikarp speed , breed with a jolly ditto = magikarp , jolly 31 speed , then caught a ditto with 31 and 30 in atk speed , then I got this gyarados jolly 31 atk and 30 speed

 

50k i guess
