I think everyone knows that the current way of farming berries is way to cumbersome and annoying therefor there should be an alternative way to obtain berries.
My suggestion is that they should add an NPC that sells berries for 750-1000 depending on the berry.
 
This NPC should be in a prominent position that is easy to get to and is close by to Silph Co. so people can buy berries with ease while competing in official tournament. For this I would suggest saffron mart would be an ideal location and would help everybody.

Seems like an ideal location for this NPC.
 
Pros:
People can buy berries needed for PvP battles and EVing with relative ease
The berries are not too expensive yet still cost enough to make people not want to buy too many.
Don't have to deal with the giant abomination that is berry farming

without ruining this too much, this is meditites damage vs two of the most probably physical walls in the tier, and these are just two walls. Imagine the damage it can do to just about anything else in a tier were not a whole lot ohkos it. (Did I mention that it gets endure + salac = widespread OHKOs in a tier were nothing outspeeds past 24???)

Explanation
 
Hello everybody, and welcome to the beginning of the everlasting Togepi Cup. This tournament will be a purely Little Cup tier tournament, with a monthly re-occurance. For those of who who do not know, Little Cup is a format in which players may only use Pokemon that have not yet evolved but are capable of evolution, with all playing pokemon keeping a level of 5. There will be a completely different format each month (the tier of Little Cup will never change) with the format chosen for each month being based on player responses, or the choice of a random format.

Once your match is called you will have 10 minutes to report to the table. No time extensions will be given.
Do not block the Staff running the Event. If you disregard requests for you to unblock staff members then you will be disqualified.
