I'll avail this time of inactivy of CIX, for going to leave the team, in a while, for help a compatriot friend's new guild [LGOM], some executive job, of annoucement, and recruitement. Sinse I have a lot of friends there, (friends of mmo, friends of school and etc) , and I'll enjoy for stay with them some.
 
Meanwhile, you guys can de-auth my status of Officer, or atribute it to another menber.
 
Hope u guys still keep contact with me, I'll keep a look on CIX, like fallow this thread,

Hey guys.
 
Remember the old flag system, with egg tiers depending on species rarity?
Basically, an egg had a certain amount of 'points', and after triggering four or more flags, every thirty seconds the points would go down by the amount of flags you had triggered. When the points hit 0, it'd hatch.
 
The new breeding mechanics no longer run on flags, but they still run on the same egg tiers.
An egg takes as long to hatch as it would have in the old system with 4 flags.
 
tldr; Eggs will hatch automatically just by sitting around.
The rarer the pokemon, the longer it takes to hatch.
It takes this long for each rarity tier:
 
Tier 1: 44 pts = 5 mins, 30 secs
 
Tier 2: 64 points = 8 minutes
 
Tier 3: 84 pts = 10 minutes, 30 seconds
 
Tier 4: 104 pts = 13 minutes
 
Tier 5: 124 pts = 15.5 minutes
 
Tier 6: 144 pts = 18 minutes
 
Tier 7: 164 pts = 20 minutes, 30 seconds
 

I have a small aesthetic suggestion and it is to use weather Icons instead of the text message + animation particularly during NPC battles and wild pokemon encounters.

I think a mouse hover would provide enough clarity on what the weather conditions are, but I can understand leaving the text+animation on during duels if people really want that. However, for farming pokemon/items/money it's an unnecessary inconvenience. Personally, if it starts raining on me in the game I will leave the area and go do something else because I don't want to scroll through the messages. I believe the weather texts are the way they are now in the original games, but that doesn't change the fact that the messages are unnecessarily tedious.

I was ditto hunting today and thinking what if I met a shiny whismur/loudred in a horde. There's no way you can kill those around the shiny before one of them uses roar. Kinda lame having to carry around a poke with soundproof just for that.

This mod replaces the battle sprites with sprites from X/Y & OR/AS.
 
At the end of this post you'll find 4 mods, because PokéMMO doenst support large mods yet.
 
 facus26 fixed the gifs so you can use this mod without buggy gifs! thanks to you, facus ;)
 
 
Instructions:
go to mega, open the folder BattleSprites ORAS XY > latest
download .zip file(s)
place it in your pokemmo/data/mods folder 
start the game
click Mod Management
set desired mod(s) to active
