i think he means the kanto region. seeing as most tips are directed for kanto i hope myself he will see our posts in time and change the little mistakes

You tell to use lucky eggs but dont tell them how hard they are to get in case of "newbies" they are looking to fast lvl to get through E4 where as normal or experienced players go for Comps and this guide is more for the latter
