That was my bad, when I mentioned about the 'pointless' thing was directed at the whole dealing with scammers generally, I never stated it clearly and I can assure you my comment was in no way sarcastic like many posts can be. FACT: I believe the only way that scamming regulations will change is if someone in great power gets effected by it. It seems unlikely that they would, but it all works within a close unit. Your point comes across valid but scammers will always outlaw the normal community especially if we are not able to publicise the culprit. Take this instance which happened on MMO, 2 scammers out of 100 were publicised amongst different teams and they were given a bad name. One of them felt incredibly guilty and returned all of the scammed stuff. Imagine if every felony committed in the UK and USA including mass murderers never had their details publicised due to 'You should not call out members towards the community'.

Yes it can and does, but I'm talking about the issues in reality when pensioners lose over $50,000+ and get hunted down , online related stuff is unlikely, but the point is everyone reacts differently and it CAN happen. - Anyway to the OP, apart from saying you won't be personal and ending up being so , a statement for the mods: You should really investigate scamming reports and take it seriously like @Rigamorty mentioned . If you actually investigate and find the person guilty, release his name and ruin his "image". If he didn't want to face the concequences then he wouldn't have committed the offence. (for staff) No wonder teams such as RNSC MR and WOLF have been scammed by teammates because the worst situation for these scammers is being hated by the community, not like they're going to get punished democratically and it's so easy to get away with. Fucking pointless if you ask me, I'm surprised scamming hasn't increased...

It can work but the most effective counter would be a choice band double kick and its out as multi hit attacks bypass sturdy especially as type effectiveness makes fighting types > Nosepass. There are other counters too but this is probably the most realistic one for this mechanic. Edit: Nosepass does come across quite bulky but it has several dual weaknesses as well, better choice than rattata though that's for sure.

Ohh okay that makes sense - however I could imagine that with all these events which have occurred during the years there's bound to be a repeated prize such as the wingull event! ;3 My only other question which I believe would be suited for suggestions would be can we suggest a specific shiny once a month depending on the event? That way it could be exciting obviously as long as we keep it limited.

I don't know why but this suddenly came in my head and had to ask When it comes to hosting officials I've noticed it's usually certain staff members who do it (e.g Noad , TheChampionMike) They are definitely good hosts but that's irrelevant to my point, these questions came to mind - • Assuming Squirtle decides and transfers the prizes, how does he choose which staff hosts officials? Do they host specific ones? (e.g. Noad for the seasonals) is it based on which staff spectate the match? • How do staff decide which shiny to hand out as a prize? • Do each staff member discuss a specific tier to host and uses the tier discussion to develop broad info on that? • Because I hear people mentioning the overuse of UU tourneys, do our suggestions influence the time scales of each tier hosted? (e.g OU every week based on high demand) I don't consider it that important but nobody's ever asked this before , so please fill my curiosity. (Sarcastic comments will just receive an even more sarcastic comment back)

That username you mentioned does sound familiar ... Anyway, people kiss ass all the time. On this other Forum I used to go on, they literally kept posting these 'rules' on every thread even though they weren't staff. Eventually they earnt it because they proved to be a no-lifer (literally on for 10 hours a day, how can you do that?) and now they suck up even more. Anyway, in terms of this abomination, when you log on after you type your username and password there should be different servers. (English/Spanish/Portuguese/etc). You can only change server after logging off , instead of how it is now. If someone can't understand the language, then they shouldn't be on there in the first place (I doubt it'd solve anything based on OP) I know abit of Spanish, and you're right, it's not an exaggeration how dumb these Spanish and Portuguese are. (Awaiting another stuck at hoenn thread tomorrow)

Personally, I think it would be cool to have automated tourneys up to the semi-finals / finals. There can be one little fuck up, and the prize which could be priceless to a user is gone. These should be held at the usual Silph CO. with spectations by the staff as per. My point is, we are too reliant on automated shit. We have alot of automatic stuff and they're annoying AF.
