IIRC I remember the numbers for a couple Hoenn Alt Runs Approx 5 hrs for 750k Approx 7 hrs for 1.1 mil 5 hrs = 150k/hr 7 hrs = 157k/hr So pretty much 150k/hr in hoenn run
