Nop, not even close, the perfect mantine would be a bold or calm one, without atk, as you wont be using atk for anything, with haze egg move. Value wise, probably 900k/1m as a breeder for something like a mixed dnite, nature doens't work well on anything so that doens't add any value.

I don't see any value in adding this, it's pretty much a neutral suggestion, doens't bring any harm, but doens't bring any good. If you want to display wealth, just buy expensive vanity, if it's just to show off the bicycle skin, you can already do that in the overworld.

heart scales are farmed in pokemmo, in Hoenn through luvdiscs, so I'm guessing that's probably still the only way to 'farm' them.

manectric is like 4-6m, gyarados is a solid 4.5-5m, but manectric is somewhat uncommon to find for sale, so if you really want one, you might have to pay extra.

1m // 2m-2.5m, might sell for a bit more due to it being uncommon to find in GTL etc, try 3m imo.
