I won't get into the "Wobbuffet isn't fairplay" debate but I'll take this opportunity to explain you how the things work here. Basically, PokeMMO has its own tiering system and a tier council to monitor all tiers. While it is true tiers are inspired of Smogon, PokeMMO has different rules/mechanics which have a direct impact on the metagame. As a result, you might see Pokemon that would normally end up in Uber tier in OU tier, etc. It is also worth noting that we have a different approach with Ubers. We want to avoid putting as much Pokemon as possible in it because it excludes certain species from being played in official formats and removes "gameplay" in a way. Furthermore, the Tier Council is a team of 7 experienced players with a competitive background. Together, they discuss and vote to ban certain Pokemon in order to prevent them from being too centralizing and therefore, unhealthy. I won't get into details but my point is that it's a group-decision and not simply one guy who decides what is and what isn't banned. They often seek the community for feedback as well. Finally, I would recommend you to go through this thread to get a better understanding of what the Tier Council is and how the tiering process works: By the way, gbwead's post was a joke in case you missed it.

Date: Sunday, 20th October 10pm UTC // 11pm BST // 6pm EDT Time Zone Converter Prize: 100 Reward Points x2 per round (10 rounds). Explanation: I will hide in different places around Unova. There will be 10 rounds and the first player to find and send me a trade request will win that round. I will announce a hint at the beginning of each round followed by two more hints if needed to help players find the location. This will take place on Channel 2 and I will communicate in Channel chat throughout the duration of the event. Rules: The hosts will always be hiding in Channel 2. Event-related information will be shared via Channel Chat. The host hiding will announce at the start of each round that they are ready to be found. From that point, players will be able to search for the hosts. Hello FaygoJ - It's most likely an issue with the roms, you will have to find functional ones and we cannot help you with that. Pokemon Black or White is required to play the game. The rest (FireRed/LeafGreen, Emerald and HeartGold/SoulSilver) are "optional" but they also give you access to Kanto/Hoenn respectively.

Hello NucleaRooster4 - This is the list of clauses we use for Official Tournaments. PokeMMO follow most Gen 7 rules/mechanics except the following cases: Hydregon's evolutionary line cannot learn Draco Meteor Hidden Abilities aren't available to players yet Steel still resists Dark and Ghost Types Gengar has Levitate instead of Curse Body Dugtrio has 80 attack instead of 100 Outrage still has 90 power instead of 120 Knock Off still has 20 power instead of 65 Fairy type/Mega Stones aren't a thing yet All Pokemon (beside Dugtrio iirc) have Gen 7 base stats. On top of that, we also use Gen 7 learnsets with Gen 5 moves to add to the confusion. I probably missed something but I would recommend going through changelogs if you want a complete overview. You are allowed to use Pokemon with those two abilities on the same team.
