i mean it would be justify if it was better to farm the e4 for bp rather than farming absol since you pretty much need 6 comp for these rematch and a fair amount of preparation unlike the absol farming wich only require a pokemon with thief (frisk optional). considering the investement for e4 rematch compared to the investement for absol farming the absol farming is probably better for many has you would need much more time to make money off e4 rematch.

trading in general you won't get much info from trader has you would become competition but it require a fair amount of knowledge and money to make money off trading otherwise you might end up loosing more than you make. but if you want to catch ditto it is a good market has you will make money for every ditto has many people buy shit ditto for 1.5k or even a box of them for 100k.

the only ways i could see this being used is for low iv pokemon. something like searching for a wild poke with under 10 iv total but it's not that hard to search with what we curently have. or maybe something like searching for a pokemon with 69 iv total. it would basically be only usefull for mild gag.
