In this context, colons are used to introduce dialogue typed by a person. The colon indicates that the words which follow a person's name are spoken by that person. I think for you, it would be easily more noticeable if we had an option to increase the size of the text in chat. Link to comment

I think for you, it would be easily more noticeable if we had an option to increase the size of the text in chat. Yo, I know exactly what those are. My point is I rather have the username of players in chat to be easily identifiable at first glance, something like having the username be a different color from the message. What we have currently of the players name and their message just be one block of text using colons as a separator really isn't pleasing or easy to look at. Regardless, making the chat's text bigger is something I would like anyway. Link to comment
