You can type the name of your country/city on the Time Zone Converter page to see at what time an event will start for your time zone, the link of this one and my comment are not conflicting Link to comment

Not sure what's wrong about it but the Time Zone Converter link is accurate, i tried to add Vancouver and it says 11am Spoiler If the time zone converter link does not look correct on your side, refer to the UTC time listed on the event page Link to comment
