do you mean like a Player Test Build? if so, this could be a good asset / addition to the game, could just make it a separate server with a password or something similar. Could also be good for testing new comp metas when new metas/ etc are introduced with the changing of items or abilities to see if anything is too over powered or underpowered before being released to the public

Yes, that's what it means.Many games have servers that provide testing.After bug fixing on the test suit, upload it to the official suit
