This would be an idea to add to the mobile versions of Pokemmo. Add an NPC in the daycare to send a Pokemon on a "walk". When you close Pokemmo, the game keeps track of your steps in the background, just like Pokemon Go, or the original Pokewalker (with less functionality). When you return to game, your Pokemon will be leveled up 1 exp for each step taken. You can still be charged 1000 pokeyen for each level up for this system to not be abused as a better alternative to the in-place daycare system. This incentives people to go out and walk, while continuing to contribute to their in game progress. This would be a neat idea to release if/when Johto releases to commemorate the original Pokewalker. I enjoyed the original Pokewalker and it would be so cool to see Pokemmo pay homage to this awesome device!
